Description of Temporary Sales solution

Here at DGM we believe that telemarketing can be so much more than just a quick solution to a temporary problem. We believe that for any campaign to be successful you must understand not only the product/service you’re selling but also the ethos behind the company and also the motivations that drive its owners. It is through this understanding that you are then able to really enjoy and drive a campaign for the best possible results. We also believe in remaining anonymous throughout the process. What we mean by this is that rather than calling a prospect as DGM on behalf of your company, we will sell under your name and branding as if we were employees. This not only helps to boost brand awareness but also to give the feel that the company is larger than perhaps it actually is, which can work to boost confidence in prospects.

How does it work…

Initially we would look to set up a meeting to understand what you want from your campaign and to establish what that might look like in terms of structure and milestones. We also take this meeting as an opportunity to skills match our team so that you end up with the right person for the job. Following on from that meeting those who attended will then take some time to train the individual who will be working the campaign personally, as they will be in the best position to understand what you want and what the company ethos is. We can also bring the member of staff onsite to do some training with you if that’s something you wanted. In starting the campaign, we can either work from our office or we can work remotely at your place of work. We have found with some clients in the past this is beneficial to their existing team as its fresh blood in the work place and also gives them a chance to pick up hints & tips from each other.

During the campaign…

During the campaign we maintain constant contact with you sending over daily reports on call activity and the objections we may have encountered along the way along with a list of results based on your success criteria i.e. 2 meeting, 3 follow up calls 4 signed up to your newsletter etc. Once we come to the end of the campaign we will sit down and discuss with you what has been achieved throughout this campaign and cover any lessons learned along the way.
